"Backordered" Items

KO Sailing's inventory is a very fluid thing. If an item is currently listed as "Backordered," the worst case to fill your order should be two weeks - more often it is quite a bit less than that. We will be happy to give you a more accurate delivery date via email at your request.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

The following criteria and conditions apply to all returns and exchanges:

  • Items must be new and unused (please include original packaging and tags with products).
  • Cut or altered lines are not eligible.
  • Custom and personalized merchandise is not returnable.
  • Sales on DVDs, CDs, and videos are final.
  • Refund returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense.
  • Returns will be inspected prior to credit given.

RETURNS

  • Please fill out a Returns & Exchanges form completely and include it with your exchange.
  • For all products purchased directly from KO Sailing over the phone, online at http://www.kosailing.com, or at our store, we will gladly issue a full refund within 90 days of purchase, so long as a receipt is provided and product meets criteria above.

EXCHANGES

  • Please fill out a Returns & Exchanges form completely and include it with your exchange.
  • If time is a major factor in your exchange, simply pick up the phone and speak with a KO Rep today at (281) 867-8200 or toll free at (800) 276-SAIL. We will charge you initially for the merchandise, pick up the outgoing shipping tab (back to you), then credit your account as soon as we receive your exchanged item.
  • For all exchanges, please refer to http://www.kosailing.com to reference our online inventory. If you don't see what you're looking for online, give us a call - we may have it in our store! If not, we can always special order exactly what you have in mind.
  • If you'd like to exchange your merchandise for a purchase of greater value, be sure to include your credit card information so we can account for the difference.
  • All exchanges accompanied with a receipt within 90 days of purchase will be eligible for a full merchandise credit.

GIFT CARDS

While we do not issue returns on gift cards purchased at KO Sailing, don't underestimate the power your gift card holds! Give us a call if your inspiration is lacking - we have quite an imagination!
