New Order Processing
Orders placed Monday-Friday are typically processed the same day before 3pm (Central Time). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed on the following Monday. Applicable discount promo codes exclude boats, motors. trailers, electronics, charters and Hobie accessories.
For orders over $35 there is free ground shipping. Orders will ship either trackable UPS or USPS and typically take 3 to 7 days to arrive. Exclusions are:
- Due to Hobie Cat Company Policies, all Hobie parts are excluded from the Free Shipping program.
- Rolled Sails
- Dollies, Trailers & Racks
These items will be calculated using UPS rates at checkout.
- Ground and Expedited shipping will be calculated using UPS rates at checkout.
- At checkout there will be options for UPS 3-day delivery, 2-day delivery or overnight. Delivery time will depend on if item is in stock and the time of day the order is placed. If there will be a delay with expedited shipping a KO Sailing Representative will contact you.
- International UPS rates will be calculated at checkout. If desired you may call 281-867-8200 to arrange a USPS shipping before you order.
Freight (LTL) Items
- Boats, Spars and other items that need to be shipped by Freight (LTL) will have a surcharge to the shipping rate calculated at checkout. Please call 281-867-8200 for a shipping quote before ordering.
KO Sailing's inventory is a very fluid thing. If an item is back-ordered or not stocked at the store, it could be approximately a 2 week delivery time. If it will be longer a KO Sailling Representative will contact you or you may call the store at 281-867-8200 to discuss the stock availability.
Returns and Exchanges Policy
The following criteria and conditions apply to all returns and exchanges:
NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON DISCOUNTED/ON SALE ITEMS.
Items must be new and unused (please include original packaging and tags with products).
Cut or altered lines are not eligible.
Custom and personalized merchandise is not returnable.
Sales on DVDs, CDs, and videos are final.
- Refund returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense.
- Returns will be inspected prior to credit given.

For all products purchased directly from KO Sailing over the phone, online at http://www.kosailing.com, or at our store, we will gladly issue a full refund within 90 days of purchase, so long as a receipt is provided and product meets criteria above.

- If time is a major factor in your exchange, simply pick up the phone and speak with a KO Rep today at (281) 867-8200 or toll free at (800) 276-SAIL. We will charge you initially for the merchandise, pick up the outgoing shipping tab (back to you), then credit your account as soon as we receive your exchanged item.
- For all exchanges, please refer to http://www.kosailing.com to reference our online inventory. If you don't see what you're looking for online, give us a call - we may have it in our store! If not, we can always special order exactly what you have in mind.
- If you'd like to exchange your merchandise for a purchase of greater value, be sure to include your credit card information so we can account for the difference.
- All exchanges accompanied with a receipt within 90 days of purchase will be eligible for a full merchandise credit.
While we do not issue returns on gift cards purchased at KO Sailing, don't underestimate the power your gift card holds! Give us a call if your inspiration is lacking - we have quite an imagination!
